Pricing

​

Very simple cookies start at $3 each, with most designs in the $4-$5 range.  More intricate designs and metallic details will cost  more.  The minimum order is one dozen. Within that dozen you can have up to 3 designs. The quoted price is determined by the intricacy of the design, amount of colors used and size of the cookie. I do not give quantity discounts and  I don’t  have special wholesale pricing. For certain holidays I may offer an assortment of mini cookies or prepackaged gift boxes.

Availability

​

Please contact me to see if I have room on my calendar to accept your order. My availability changes daily. Your order isn’t considered confirmed until you've paid your deposit!

Placing an Order

​

Once we have established availability, together we will confirm your design(s). I’m happy to create an original design just for you, or you can send photos for inspiration. While I can do my best to replicate a design, I cannot guarantee it will look exactly as someone else’s work. 

 

After the availability, design and price has been established, I will send you an invoice. A 50% deposit is due in order to hold your date. Full payment is due by one week before due date. Non payment results in forfeiture of availability and the order will be canceled.  Payment is to be made by credit card through the invoice. I DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OR CHECKS.

 

I’m sorry, I cannot accommodate an allergies at this time. The cookies are a delicious Vanilla sugar cookie, iced with royal icing, which dries hard. Look for more cookie flavors in the future!

Order Pickup

​

All orders are to be picked up at my residence in the Mountain Lodge neighborhood of San Antonio TX, at a mutually agreed upon time and date. The address and my contact information will be found on your invoice. Delivery may be available for an additional charge, starting at $5. Due to TX Cottage laws I am unable to ship cookies. 

 

 

Canceling an Order

Custom cookie orders are nonrefundable, although payment may be transferred to a future order if at least seven days notice is given before the originally scheduled pick up or shipping date. Credits for rescheduled orders must be used within one year. 

 

If I am unable to fulfill an order due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued.

 

In an event that a customer is not satisfied with the order, the cookies must be returned within three days to assess the situation and decide on a resolution. I am not responsible for broken or damaged cookies after they leave my possession  Handle with care!

 

 

Changing an Order

​

Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates are solely at my discretion and will depend on my ability to accommodate the request. Orders can not be changed within 2 weeks of the pick up date.
